Triumph Plaza Hotel, Cairo

My stay at Triumph Plaza Hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, I found the cleanliness and overall decoration to be quite impressive, making it a charming place to stay. However, I encountered some issues with the service, particularly during meals, which dampened my enjoyment. While it has great potential, management needs to ensure that staff is trained properly and that communication is clearer, especially regarding meal services and room assignments.
